Bedrok Records ("we", "us", "our") operates the Bedrok Amplify OS mobile and web application ("the App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data.
Bedrok Amplify OS does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data from users. The App runs entirely within your device's browser or as a standalone application. No user data is sent to our servers.
The App processes audio locally on your device using the Web Audio API. Audio data is never transmitted, recorded, or stored externally. Any recordings you create using the Export feature are saved directly to your device and are not accessible to us.
Payments are processed through Cash App ($lewiscarter04). We do not collect or store any payment card information. When you provide contact information to receive your access code, that information is sent via email notification to the developer only and is not stored in any database.
If you choose to provide your phone number, email address, or Telegram username to receive your access code, this information is used solely to deliver your access code and is not shared with any third parties.
The App uses your device's local storage to save your access credentials, EQ session history, and app preferences. This data remains on your device and is never transmitted to us.
The App uses EmailJS (emailjs.com) to send payment notification emails to the developer. Please review EmailJS's privacy policy at emailjs.com/legal/privacy-policy for information on how they handle data.
This App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You have the right to request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To submit a data deletion request:
Option 1 — Email us directly:
Send an email to lewiscarter127@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address or phone number you used when purchasing access. We will confirm deletion within 7 business days.
Option 2 — What gets deleted:
Upon request we will delete any record of your contact information (email address, phone number, or Telegram username) that was provided during the access code delivery process. Purchase transaction records held by Google Play or Cash App are managed by those platforms directly and must be requested through them.
Note: Deleting your data does not cancel an active subscription. To cancel a subscription please manage it through your Google Play account.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.
